Welcome to perfect10abs.com!

Our topic for today is “fast” fat loss. People have many goals depending on where their life is right now. A new mother might want to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. A guys would want to get trim for his wedding in a few weeks. No matter what the reason is, here are some tips on losing fat with practical weight loss diet.

Make sure you eat 5 meals a days.Yes, eating many small meals tricks your mind into staying full longer so you don’t binge on one meal or tempt you when you pass a fast food joint.

Here are your simple weight loss diet tips

1. Drink plenty of water. Water should be part of any weight loss diet. Diet soda and coffee without cream and sugar are ok as well.

2. No simple carbs. Avoid everything white (bread, pasta etc). Eat brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta ONLY. Substitute veggies for carbs whenever possible.

3. NO ALCOHOL. Alcohol slows down metabolism. If it is not possible to cut out alcohol completely, so switch to red wine, preferably merlot once glass a day. Remember your weight loss goal for motivation.

4. No fried food. Ensure that you switch to grilled alternatives.

5. No Sugar. Avoid high calorie pastries and confectioneries. Sugar turns into fat. Sugar free cookies or candies.

Pretty simple huh? You can add moderate activity such as jogging or brisk walking to accelerate your weight loss goal.

Once you achieve your target, you can slowly re-introduce you’re cravings in limited quantities. Remember, fat loss and diets are life style changes. You need to keep up with the changes.
