Hello and welcome to perfect10abs.com. Today we are going to check out the key reasons why you dont see your six pack abs. I am not going to discuss genes, metabloic disorder or hight body mass indec. I am going to focus on the top essential steps that are missed when a person is working out to get  six pack abs.

1. You dont workout

Guys and gals, sorry to break this to ya, unless you work in a real physically demanding job like construction or something, you need to work out ot burn calories. The ratio between consumption and burn is just not equal. The ancient greeks did not go to the gym (neither did they have fast food joints), but have you seen how they are depicted in status etc? Ripped, with six pack abs. Have you seen the stuff they built? Wonder who carried those heavy stones up the hill by hand?

2. You dont watch your sugar intake

Sugar is in almost everything we consume these days. Coffe, soft drinks, candy etc. And most of it is not even real sugar! Its high fructose corn syrup. None of these products are going to strip away the fat and expose the perfect abs you have hiding inside. You really need to watch what you eat.

3. You consume too much alcohol

Alcohol comes with too many hidden calories. Alchohol also promotes unhealthy eathing. Not directly but it is a certain “side-effect”. What goes good with beer? Chicken wings or a garden salad? I rest my case. Keep it to one or two drink per week. If you’re on a exercise program to expose those abs of yours, stay away until you have reached your goal.

4. You dont eat breakfast

It is the most important meal of the day. The benefits of eating breakfast are way too many. In kids and adults it has shown increased mental focus and better concentration through out the day. It helps with portion control through out the day by preventing over eating. Plus its probably the easiest healthy meal to make. Eggs and toast, cereal and milk etc

5.  You every meal outside

Unless you cook your meals at home, you are completely at the mercy of what you’re being served. It is way easier and probably cheaper to eat healthier at home. You know what goes in, you can control your portions easier and save left overs for the next day. Cooking gives you a great appreciation for food as well, so you give the respect it really deserves instead of being served microwaved meat with some ketchup between two buns.

6. You dont drink water

The need to hydrate is very important for a healthy body. Water also keeps the stomach full. The brain sometime mistakes thirst for hunger. Stay hydrated during the day, especially before, during and after an intense workout. Your body and your brain will thank you for that.

7. You dont sleep well

You need between 7 and 8 hours of rest everyday. I ask people with midnight cravings, why are you awake at midnight? Unless you’re working a night shift, or some pressing personal reason, there is absolutely no reason to stay awake until midnight. A full nights rest for atleast 7 hours, prefebrably between 8PM and 6AM is the best. Consuming calories too late during the day when physcial activity winds down leads to more fat storage. Please, do yourself a favour and hit the sack. You’ll be doing yourself and your body a great favour.
